Oakland County Republican Forum Announces County Probate Judge Endorsement

(Advisory) – August 1, 2008 - The Troy-Clawson Republican Forum is pleased to announce its’ endorsement for Oakland County Probate Judge.

We are endorsing Daniel A. O'Brien as we believe he would make the best Probate Court Judge and truly have the best interests of the families and children at heart. 

Forum Vice President Barbara Harrell says, "Magistrate O'Brien has the temperament and character to effectively help families who are hurting find resolution of their issues at time when it would be sorely needed. His advocacy on behalf of the unborn, as well as his participation as an attorney for the Alliance Defense Fund, were strong factors in our endorsement".

The Oakland County Republican Forum is a group of local Republicans who actively support Republican candidates who espouse and promote the traditional conservative values as stated in the Republican National Party Platform, among those being traditional one man - one woman marriage, pro-life principles, less government and lower taxes. We hold informational meetings, an annual summer corn roast and a general membership meeting & Christmas party in December.
